The Design & Marketing Specialist works closely with the Marketing Manager to execute a variety of marketing and design tasks. The Design & Marketing Specialist produces wireframes, full mockups, including user interface elements (iconography, transitions, animations) and final assets. This person participates and engages in design reviews and critiques and provide documentation related to styling and branding. The Design & Marketing Specialist also executes various print and digital design tasks.

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for assisting the Online Rewards program end user with program support issues. This position will manage multiple tickets with varying issues, routing issues to correct department and answering support tickets within company SLA.

We are seeking a Client Services Account Manager to serve as a first point of contact for our day-to-day service delivery on assigned clients. As an AM, you will establish and maintain strong client relationships. With minimal guidance from your manager, you will determine the proper escalation path of all client matters and issues to ensure an outstanding client experience.
