Customer Loyalty Program Communication

Each rewards program provides for the capability of personalized custom email notifications to be sent to program participants, both scheduled and activity-triggered.

A welcome email notification can be sent to all eligible program participants upon program launch, or when a new-hire is added, inviting them to join and activate their account. The welcome email notification includes information about the rewards program, instructions on how to join and links directing them to the rewards program site.

Directly following a program participant activating their rewards account, a second email notification may be sent to the participant confirming their account activation. This email includes a thank you message for joining the program, instructions of how to participate and earn points and links directing them back to the rewards program site.

Scheduled monthly notifications can be sent to program participants, with a summary of points available in their account, as well as alerts sent to participants upon the immediate deposit of additional points to their rewards accounts.
