Head of Finance & Business Operations

We are seeking a hands-on, growth-oriented finance professional to join our small, but growing team. Acting as strategic financial partner and point of contact for the CEO, COO and sales leadership teams, this highly visible role will be responsible for all financial reporting, business analysis and compliance processes.


  • Provide financial leadership for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes
  • Develop and prepare monthly/periodic forecasts and annual planning models
  • Partner with CEO and sales leadership to analyze customer performance, opportunities and forward-looking trends
  • Build and maintain sales forecast tools for new and existing clients
  • Develop and track sales performance metrics and incentive plan attainment
  • Complete ad hoc business analyses by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models
  • Partner with Accounting team and CPA firm to drive compliance and accurate financial reporting
  • Develop operational and financial audit programs, reporting tools and processes
  • Analyze product cost and pricing contracts to drive increased value
  • Review contracts and provide analytical support to organization


  • MBA with concentration in Accounting or Finance required, CPA helpful
  • Strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including financial model design
  • Demonstrate appropriate understanding and working knowledge of accounting principles
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to develop meaningful, actionable reports from disparate data sources
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Tableau and Salesforce.com a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
