Online Rewards recently hosted a think tank and roundtable discussion about what motivates and engages people in the workplace, with mindful and creative solutions to better engage and motivate employees, while seeking to improve their overall quality of life.
Malone, co-author of The Human Brand: How We Relate to People, Products, and Companies, also addressed whether the traditional principles of employee engagement and culture building have become obsolete, while highlighting the human perception process that drives employee engagement, examples of highly engaged employees, and solutions for Building an Engaging Culture in the Digital Age.
